Dispatch Schedule
Shipments are dispatched twice weekly on Tuesdays and Fridays.
Cut-off times for each dispatch may vary and will be communicated to customers when applicable.
Transit Time
The estimated delivery time is 4–5 business days from the date of dispatch, excluding:
- Customs clearance delays
- Government inspections
- Weather conditions
- Airline operational delays

Customs Clearance
All shipments are subject to customs inspection and clearance procedures in South Korea.
Additional documentation or identification may be required for customs processing.
Any customs duties, taxes, or additional fees imposed by Korean authorities are the responsibility of the recipient unless otherwise agreed.
Final Delivery
After customs clearance in South Korea, shipments are transferred to Korea Post for final delivery.
Saturday delivery may be available depending on Korea Post’s operating schedule.
