Samsung Post provides international shipping services from the United States to South Korea via air transportation and related logistics services.
2. Customer Responsibility
Customers are responsible for:
- Providing accurate and complete shipment and recipient information
- Ensuring shipment contents comply with airline, customs, and applicable government regulations
- Properly packaging all shipments to prevent damage during transit
- Providing required identification or customs documentation when necessary
Samsung Post is not responsible for delays or issues caused by incorrect or incomplete information provided by the customer.
3. Prohibited Items
Shipments containing prohibited or restricted items under U.S. or Korean law may be:
- Refused
- Returned at the sender’s expense
- Confiscated or destroyed by authorities
No compensation will be provided for prohibited items.
4. Delivery Time
Estimated delivery times are not guaranteed. Delivery may be affected by:

- Airline operations
- Government regulations
- Force majeure events

5. Limitation of Liability
